1. Do you do custom orders?
Yes, at one time or another all of the items on my site were custom orders. Feel free to Contact Me with your ideas & I'll give you some suggestions, a price quote, etc. If I have to locate & purchase a new embroidery design, there may be an extra $3 fee applied to your order.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
I typically get orders completed within 10-14 days. But, depending on the amount of orders I have at the time, it could take longer.
3. Do you do rush orders?
I will do a rush order, if I can. But, a $5-$15 fee may apply. Also, you must contact me prior to ordering.
4. Can you embroider a team logo?
I can not embroider team logos. If possible, I can create a similar look or match colors.
5. Can I call you to discuss my order?
The best way to reach me is via email. I am a full-time Mommy & Wife. This is just a fun hobby of mine. So, my family comes first. Email is the best way to reach me. I check my email often & will typically get back with you within the hour. rebeccacarlton@entouch.net or becca.carlton@yahoo.com
6. Do you sell Wholesale?
No, I do not. I will give a discounted rate for any item that you purchase 10 or more of. But, you must contact me prior to ordering.
7. I'm not sure what fonts you have available. Do you have examples of each font?
I have a "Font Choices" link at the bottom of my Categories section. I have a ton of fonts to choose from & an example of each.
8. What blanket, bibs, fabric, ribbon colors do you have available?
I have a link for each of these under the Categories section. If you are looking for a particular color and you don't see it listed, just contact me. I'll do my best to find what you want.
9. I've placed an order online. How do I know if my order has been received?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confimation immediately. If you DO NOT, contact me.
10. I have a shirt, blanket, bag that I would like you to embroider on. Do you do that?
I DO NOT embroider on other people's merchandise. Every once in a while my machine decides to freak out on me. So, If there is an error on the design or a problem with the stitching, I do not want to have to replace your item. Sorry! :(
11. Why are some of your shirts, design, etc. more expensive than others?
The prices on items vary based on the number of fabric pieces added to an applique, wording, size of design, & stitch count.
12. Are all of your shirts short sleeve?
All shirt orders are for short sleeve shirts ONLY (Unless the listing spefies otherwise.). If you woud like to order a particular design in a long sleeve, please Contact Me prior to ordering.
13. How do you Care for your Nap mats, backpacks, lunch boxes, other MINT products?
Lunch boxes--only wipe the bag with a damp cloth. Do not wash in a washing machine and definitely keep out of the dryer. Leave open and let dry on the counter.
Nap rolls may be washed in cold water with the pillow insert removed. Lay flat to dry.
Backpacks, Nylon bags & stuff: Wash in cold water. Air dry.
14. Are rhinestuds/stones safe for children?
Rhinestuds/stones are CHOKING HAZARDS. As with all small objects, these are NOT RECCOMENDED for children under the age of 3. When purchasing these items you are assuming FULL RESPONSIBILITY. TOO CUTE CREATIONS is not responsible for a child putting any of these rhinestuds/stones in their mouth.
